Welcome to the STORMWISE.com Daffodil Bulb Garden Club! January 22, 2010.

Do you love daffodils? Photos of daffodils? This club will be a place that you will see thousands of pictures and gardening advice from individual club member's "blogs". Its the world of daffodils on a clickable web map!

The STORMWISE.com Daffodil Bulb Garden Club will be made up of individuals across the United States that are linked into our map pages. Click on individual squares to visit each member's page. Member's pages will contain photos and individal tips about daffodils. It would be interesting to see dates when the FIRST daffodils appear in each member's garden.

We are providing a clickable map of external links to individual club member web pages.

You can represent your town / geographic area here on these maps!

You can be a vital part of this effort! Place photos of your daffodil garden, gardening tips, etc on your web page that is linked to a clickable square on our Daffodil Maps!

Terms and Conditions and General Info:

Join the Club!

(1). You'll need an outdoor daffodil garden! Any species! Even a single bulb! Flowers will bloom in spring!

(1b). In addition to daffodils you can grow other flowers from blubs such as Spider Lilies or Crocus. Everyone will love to see your flower garden photo blog!

(2). You'll need to look at the map of your location and roll your mouse over your location. Get the number that pops up.

(3). Set up your web site. You'll do this on your own server from your own web page provider. Just a standard web site. (STORMWISE.com does NOT host your site).

(4). Call with your map place (the number that popped up) so we can place a link on the map site to your web site. (Please specify which map you want to be placed :ie: Southern Plains, South East, etc...).

(5). With your web site up and linked, you are ready to blog and upload your content.

(6). No obligation. You can stop any time. If you remove your web site please let us know so the link can be given to someone else who wants it.

(7). Its all free!

(8). Photos of the FIRST BLOOMING DAFFODIL in your garden this spring season should be of higher quality. Minimum photo quality should be 640 x 480 or "VGA". Ok to go higher quality.

(9). You may want to monitor rainfall and temperature over the next year so everyone will know about your garden's weather conditions. After spring bloom, your blubs will grow and divide underground over the next years and be more showy! You'll need to know what the weather has been doing. You'll need a rain guage and a min - max thermometer. See weather shops online or Wal-Mart or Lowe's for garden items including daffodil bulbs.

  • Websites linked to the map are external websites not controlled by STORMWISE.com.

  • Members shall maintain individual web sites that are family-friendly and rated "G" or "E" in content.

  • STORMWISE.com reserves the right to refuse link request and to terminate any or all member map links without warrantee.

  • Some of the maps overlap coverage area on the edges. Only one link assignment per member. You can't have a link on each coverage map, extra coverage on some maps allows others to participate in your same area. Choose which map you prefer your -single- link to be placed.

  • General Purpose:

    To collect an archive of daffodil gardening data and photos of daffodils from different locations across the USA and share them online, forming a useful collective of how and when daffodils grow and bloom in various locations and conditions.
